Yes it is. We are a law firm called Smuglers. It is named after me, and my name is Jack Smugler. How I got this name is another story…
Who We Are
Jack Smugler has been a lawyer since 1981. He’s also been a fishing boat mechanic, assembled hydraulic cherry-pickers, developed non-profit co-op housing, represented Canada at U.N. meetings on urban sustainability and assisted with many small business start-ups. He did his first incorporation over 30 years ago, and is still doing them today.
Tim Baker joined the firm in 2006. He’s a lawyer and a registered trademark agent. Other than having an irrational obsession with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, he’s a pretty normal guy. He is our main incorporation guy.
